- For adults (working people): Practice English communication on work-related topics such as interviews, negotiation, office communication,...

Bitu has 2 forms of learning: by Daily topics and by Roadmaps.
- When choosing the Daily topics: Students freely choose the topic to study from the collection of 10,000 topics updated daily such as Office, Interview, Travel, Daily,...
- When choosing the Roadmaps: There will be a learning roadmap with 10 different levels. To complete a level, students need to participate in an average of 36 lessons. If participating regularly, students will reach a higher level after 36 lessons.

Bitu is a platform for learning 1-on-1 English communication with native teachers. To Join Bitu you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Choose a plan, register an account, and payment
Step 2: Log in to your account. You can choose to study on Bitu's App or Web version
Step 3: Select the topic you want to learn and click "Join"
Step 4: Join a class with a native teacher for 25 minutes on the selected topic

No. You can study anytime. However, If you want to set a fixed schedule with your favorite teacher, you can choose the time and teacher according to your schedule.

Bitu currently has 10,000+ speaking practice topics in many diverse fields such as #daily life, #office English, #interview English, and hot topics, daily issues in life. Bitu's team of academic experts continues to design engaging, highly applicable topics every day. 

You can join Bitu at any time, no need to make an appointment. When you want to participate, just open the app or website, choose a topic and join the class.

Case 1. Teacher leaves before students and before the class ends (Automatic completion system)
Case 2. Technical errors from the teacher make the lesson unable to be conducted successfully
Case 3. Technical error from Bitu's system made the lesson unable to be conducted successfully
For cases 2 and 3, you need to contact Bitu's customer service team to respond to the problem. After verifying the error from Bitu's side, you will be refunded the lesson.

Refund within 24 hours after customers purchased but haven't used any paid features. After 24 hours, no refund.
